The current Managing Director and his Vice-Director who passed away in 1992 founded the company in 1978. Geographically its engineers and depots cover an area from Manchester in the north to Oxfordshire and the Home Counties in the south. Together with its arrangements with fellow agents the company are able to offer a complete nationwide service, all of which is controlled by VTR central control, 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The VTR groups workshops are fully equipped to handle the complete range of commercial vehicle services and recovery. All workshops operate 24 hours a day, during weekdays and engineers on call at all other times.
The company is dedicated to supplying only genuine parts and all engineers are factory trained by RATCLIFF PALFINGER.
