PALFINGER OKC is searching for a Facilities Manager to join the team. PALFINGER OKC is located at 341 NW 122nd Street, Oklahoma City, OK, 73114. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
  • Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
  • Inspects construction and installation progress.
  • Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.
  • Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment.
  • Develop logs for inspection, and completion of routine maintenance and annual maintenance pertaining to both the facility and the equipment.
  • Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of facility.
  • Develops and administers the annual budget.
  • Dispose of, or oversee the disposal of, surplus or unclaimed property.
  • Manage leasing of equipment.
  • Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Ensure adequate stock is kept for when machines are down or need repaired. Acquire, distribute and store supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, five of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multifunctional maintenance staff.
  • Knowledge of tools and technology to include but not limited to: Desktop/laptop computers, cell phones, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, SAP, Adobe Systems, and ADP.
  • Ability to complete work and scheduling at a high-level pace.
