Loader Cranes

The hydraulic knuckle boom crane is PALFINGER's core product.

Loader cranes help to load and unload trucks and other vehicles. Loader cranes make an impression thanks to their operator friendliness and high level of cost efficiency. Various equipment (rope winch, rotator, gripper, crane fork) expands the loader crane's field of application.

With more than 100 models the company is the world market leader in this segment. The most important industries include: construction, transport logistics, emergency services, local authorities, waste management, mining and the inspection/maintenance/cleaning of structures, buildings and large machines as well as leasing and rental business.

New equipment for P-Profile cranes

TEC INSTALLATION TIPS

PALFINGER has added two more useful component helpers to its equipment portfolio. The new Installation Tips were specially developed for heavy-duty Loader Cranes with P-Profile and score with their maximum load capacity of up to 20 tons.

Leveling Assistant

The Leveling Assistant supports the crane operator during the stabilizing process by leveling the vehicle efficiently with just one lever movement on the PALcom P7 Radio Remote Control.

Memory Position

Save up to 4 crane positions with the Memory Position and return to them again and again with only 2 levers.

Smart Control

With Smart Control, the operator of a TEC crane turns hard work into smart work and can control a horizontal or vertical movement of the crane tip with only one lever. The intuitive control of the tip allows a diagonal movement as well as any curve by combining both directions.

P-Fold

P-Fold is a PALFINGER assistance system. It makes folding and unfolding an easy job for the operator. The P-Fold system also works in combination with the innovative RTC (Rope Tension Control). Both systems perfectly support the crane’s set-up processes and thus reduce set-up times to a minimum.

SRC

The SRC (Synchronised Rope Control) system maintains a constant distance between the pulley head and the hook block. This advantage is particularly valuable in terms of ease of use for the operator. Moreover, the efficiency of any operation is noticeably improved.

RTC

The new RTC (Rope Tension Control) system is an automatic rope tensioning device that helps to fold and unfold the crane. This is a further innovation from PALFINGER that will significantly shorten the set-up time.

HPSC-Plus LOAD

PALFINGER has further developed the proved stability system HPSC and offers application oriented additional functions in a modular system. One of the modules of this HPSC-Plus concept is HPSC-Plus LOAD. It reacts to the loading condition of the truck and calculates on the basis of the inclination the maximum load limit suitable for the respective situation.
